Signing up for WordPress.com is quick and easy! Just fill in a few details on the sign up page and then check your email for the activation link and you’ll be ready to start. - Edit Title & Tagline
Once your account is activated, go to the Settings page to customize the blog title and tagline. - Start Writing!
Login and find the Dashboard for your blog. To create a new post, go to Posts > Add New or to create a new page go to Pages > Add New. To learn about the differences, see the Post vs. Page support page. If you see a “not found” error message on your blog home page, see the 404 Errors support page.
